MOST ITEMS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 3-7 WORKING DAYS. If you require gifts before the stated delivery and processing time please email us at hello@reigngifting.com and we will do our best to accomodate you. (further charges may apply)

ALL PERSONALISED ITEMS REQUIRE PROCESSING TIMES: Delivery + Personalisation time = Your delivery time as shown below

Please be advised this is a rough guide and certain items may take longer.

Once items have started production or have been personalised, we are unable to cancel or amend, and orders will stand.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day.

ANY ORDERS THAT NEED THE PERSONALISATION CHANGED, PLEASE EMAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS IF PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN IT CANNOT BE AMENDED (PRODUCTION FOR URGENT ORDERS START IMMEDIATLEY AND CANNOT BE AMENDED).

Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and busier periods ie, Christmas and other annually celebrated occasions.

Please note that although we endeavor to offer a next day delivery service "URGENT", this service is NOT GUARANTEED, as this be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will do our absolute best, but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed and we will not refund orders or delivery charges due to late deliveries.
